We enlarge our team and open up an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant m/f (Luxembourg Office) with a Bachelor or Master degree in a human or social science, preferably in translation/interpretation. Perfect command of English and French is required. Good command of German would be a plus.
You will fulfil the role of administrative assistant to our intellectual property attorneys. This includes, in particular :
- preparation and handling of correspondence with clients, foreign agents and intellectual property offices,
- keeping the records relating to our clients’ IP rights (e.g. patents, trademarks, designs);
- setting up the day-to-day organisation.
Apart from the above-mentioned qualifications, you should be fully computer-literate (office tools), have strong organisational skills and feel comfortable working independently while being part of a team. Our clients entrust us the management of their IP rights; therefore, we attach great importance to integrity, reliability, sense of responsibility and discretion. If you have work experience in bookkeeping and/or as an administrative assistant in a private IP practice, this would be considered a plus.
We offer a permanent full-time contract with an attractive remuneration package in a pleasing working environment (Esch-Belval).
